BOARDING & RIDING SERVICES

Our long-term pasture board assures your horse will be in a natural but secure environment with plenty of room to roam, continual access to grass and hay, and access to run-in shelters.  There are plenty of riding trails for your pleasure.

Effective 2/1/2020: Boarding rate for newcomers is $130/month per horse.  Tack space $5/month each.

RIDING LESSONS on TRAILS

Boarders at Routh Horse Ranch, LLC have access to more than 20 miles of natural trails-- through woods, fields, along creeks, and various types of terrain.  

TRAIL RIDES

Routh Horse Ranch, LLC provides a full range of riding and equestrian services. Whether you are a novice rider or have ridden horses your whole life, you'll find there is always something new to learn and do as a horse owner and rider.

Trail rides for all levels of experience.  Starting age is 9 or 10 and goes through adulthood.  Guided trail rides are a great way to build confidence as a rider, learn more about caring for horses, get to know horses, and get some fresh air.  Safety practices and good horsemanship are empasized throughout the ride.  Weight limit of 230 lbs. Rides are on Saturdays and last 45 min to an hour.  Maximum of 6 riders. Advanced reservation and payment required.  

Effective 1/1/2022:  Payment required in advance-by cash or check and non- refundable, unless ride cancelled by Routh Horse Ranch, LLC.                 $30 per person.  Private ride flat rate of $180 for 2 to 6 riders.
